Recoveries Agent

As a Third Party Claims Professional (Recoveries), you’ll play a key role in driving our recovery efforts. Reporting to the Third Party Claims Team Manager, this position is based at our offices in Bryanston. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate settlements and recover outstanding funds on both insured and uninsured claims, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Main responsibilities

Investigate and Assess Claims: Dive into the details of each claim to determine recovery potential.

Negotiate Settlements: Work with insurers and debtors to secure the best outcomes for the business.

Build Relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with insurers and debtors to streamline recoveries.

Manage Litigation: Oversee legal proceedings to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Client Communication: Keep clients informed every step of the way, ensuring transparency and trust

Minimum requirements

Completed degree from a reputable institution (LLB is advantageous).

Previous experience in financial services is beneficial; experience in third-party recoveries or indemnities is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English with a neutral accent.
