WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Drive daily field sales activity

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling

Present technical product solutions to clients

Manage quotations, orders, forecasts, and pipeline reporting

Maintain strong CRM and territory management

Attend sales meetings and product training

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Proven sales performer with a history of exceeding targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Commercially astute and technically competent

Highly organised with strong territory management skills

Competitive, resilient, and results-driven

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 3+ years proven external sales experience in ONE of the following sectors:

Construction Industry

• Experience selling sealants, adhesives, bonding & plastering agents

• Exposure to:

• Property Development
• Waterproofing
• Glass & Glazing
• Guttering
• Cold Room & Refrigeration
• Paint Contractors
• Woodworking & Carpentry

DIY / Hardware Retail

• Experience selling into DIY & hardware retail sector

• Strong product knowledge in adhesives & sealants

• Ability to grow shelf space and increase turnover

Chemical Industry

• Knowledge of:

• Anti-foams
• Emulsions
• Foam Control Agents
• Silicone Fluids

• Experience selling into:

• Industrial
• Hygiene & Cleaning
• Food & Beverage sectors
