Debt Executive

Our client is seeking a JSE-approved Debt Executive to join their firm in Johannesburg

Requirements include:

• Approved JSE Debt Authorised Representative / Approved Executive.
• Strong working knowledge of JSE DSS Requirements.
• Experience in debt capital markets, listed debt instruments, and interacting with the JSE Issuer Regulation Division.
• Ability to act as a sponsor signatory preferred
• Experience at a Debt Sponsor, investment bank, or advisory firm.
• Experience reviewing programme memoranda and pricing supplements.
• Strong regulatory and compliance background.
