IT Support / System Administrator

We’re looking for an IT Support / System Administrator to support one of our UK-based clients by taking full ownership of internal IT systems and providing reliable day-to-day technical support across the business.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT support professional who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and taking real ownership of IT operations within a fast-paced international environment.

  • Taking full ownership of internal IT systems and infrastructure
  • Providing Microsoft-based IT support across the business
  • Handling 1st and 2nd line IT support issues and troubleshooting
  • Supporting day-to-day system maintenance and operational stability
  • Managing and resolving general IT queries across teams
  • Supporting internal platforms and communication tools (e.g. CRM, telephony systems)
  • Previous experience in IT Support & Systems Administration environments
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft systems and general IT infrastructure
  • Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues independently
  • Confident communicator who can support non-technical users effectively
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks and systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with tools such as CRM systems, telephony platforms, or business software is advantageous
  • Comfortable working US working hours
