Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse litigation portfolio and provide high-quality legal services across civil, commercial, and labour matters.

• Represent clients in civil, commercial, and labour litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, and other court documents
• Manage matters from inception to finalisation
• Conduct client consultations
• Attend court proceedings and manage case appearances
• Ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in Civil and/or Criminal Litigation
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
