Sales Executive - Business Loans

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Business Loans Sales Executive.

• Make outbound calls to business leads and guide them through the loan application process
• Build strong rapport with prospects and effectively communicate loan product benefits
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM

• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial products or business services
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
• Excellent spoken and written language proficiency
• Professional phone etiquette and a confident telephone manner
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organisational skills to manage leads and follow-ups
• Presentable, articulate, and able to adapt communication style to a sophisticated audience
• Confident and professional when engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Own Transport
• Office based in Pretoria East

• Basic salary, very high commission structure
• Contract for 3 months, will be extended based on performance with the option to be permanently employed (Depending on Performance)
• Commission Structure: Paid monthly on all successful loan deals closed
