Conveyancer

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transfer processes and related conveyancing duties with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage property transfers from instruction to registration
• Draft and prepare conveyancing documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
• Ensure compliance with applicable property and conveyancing legislation
• Maintain accurate file management and deadlines

• LLB or any other recognised Law Degree
• Admitted Conveyancer (or qualified and eligible for admission, if applicable)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working in a law firm as a practicing attorney or conveyancing practitioner
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
