What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with customised AI solution implementation and support
• Working with AI dashboards, reporting tools, and software integrations
• Supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and client queries
• Collaborating with development teams on client requirements
• Assisting with client training and customer support
• Gaining exposure to AI solution consulting and sales support

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Data Analytics
  • Engineering
  • AI / Machine Learning
  • Or a related field
• Strong interest in AI technologies and automation
• Basic understanding of:
  • AI tools & platforms
  • APIs and software integrations
  • Dashboards & data visualisation
  • • Prompt engineering & AI workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Python
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • OpenAI APIs
  • Zapier / Make automation tools
