The role combines both 180 recruitment and 360 recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors for IWCP (Liberty Affiliate).

• Full recruitment and talent acquisition functions
• Headhunting and sourcing quality candidates
• Recruiting Financial Advisors for IWCP
• Candidate screening and interviewing
• Posting and managing job advertisements
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Conducting reference checks and recruitment administration
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Assisting with client interaction and business development activities
• Meeting recruitment targets and KPIs

• Matric certificate (essential)
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong administrative and organisational ability
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Target-driven mindset
• Recruitment agency experience advantageous
• Sales experience advantageous
