WE’RE HIRING | INSTALLER & SITE COORDINATOR

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Earlswood Living is looking for a hands-on Installer & Site Coordinator to join our team. This is a practical, on-the-ground role that involves coordinating and performing site installations, ensuring projects run smoothly from delivery through to final installation and completion.

Role Overview:

• Coordinate installations and on-site activities with clients, ensuring quality completion.

• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess installation requirements.

• Installation of Shutters, Bespoke Screens and SlimLine Metal Doors.

• To help support with day-to-day factory operations, workflow, and stock management.

• Manage and execute deliveries for Johannesburg and Cape Town projects, as well as other deliveries.

Company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience installing shutters, aluminium systems or similar products.

• Experience working with design drawings and interpreting technical documentation.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Confidence and professionalism in dealing directly with clients and supporting sales.

• Computer literate (Excel, email, basic admin).

• In possession of a valid driver’s licence.
