We are looking for a versatile Sales and Marketer who can not only help us find new opportunities but also nurture the deep-rooted relationships we have with our existing clients.

The Role

This role is split between generating new demand (booking demos), sales and client stewardship (ensuring our current customers feel valued and informed). You will build the processes that keep our pipeline full and our current clients loyal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Lead Management: You’ll be responsible for calling prospects to introduce FIS and booking technical demos for our team.
  • Client Retention & "Touchpoints": Manage a structured "Check-in" calendar for existing clients. Whether it’s a monthly phone call or a bi-monthly check-in, you ensure our customers are happy and their needs are met.
  • Process Documentation: You aren't just doing the work, you are building the pre-sales engine (CRM).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Sales Coordination, Sales Development Responsible, or Customer Success (Technical/B2B sectors preferred).
  • Technical Interest: You don’t need to be an Engineer, but engineering knowledge or Technical certification, would be an advantage.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You are as comfortable "cold-calling" a new lead as you are "warm-calling" a long-term client to check in.
  • Communication Flair: Writing skills for mini-newsletter type articles and LinkedIn posts.
  • Structured: You’ll be managing a lot of moving parts, leads, current clients, and content calendars—so CRM experience is a must.
  • Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for a list, you help contribute to the strategy to reach the market.
