Internal Sales Representative

Derbigum Manufacturing t/a Waterproofing Centre is a leading distributor of high-quality waterproofing solutions, we are seeking a motivated and hard-working Reception/Internal Sales Representative to join our team. Position available immediately.

Salary

R15 500.00.

• Receive, transfer, and take messages for daily incoming calls
• Handle printing, photocopying, and courier needs
• Assist with monthly stock takes & replenishments
• Managing office inventory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Support administrative tasks related to sales
• Manage and reconcile petty cash
• Assist customers with product enquiries
• Process and manage sales orders ensuring accurate and timely supply/delivery
• Process card machine sales

• Proven experience in customer service/Internal Sales, preferably in the construction, hardware or waterproofing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using Pastel Evolution, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and operate in a hands-on environment
• High level of reliability, integrity and teamwork
