Project Control Manager

ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Control Manager to join a top civil engineering and construction company in New Zealand. This role involves working across New Zealand on large and challenging civil engineering projects.

• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Work with site teams, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals
• Manage costs, procurement, contracts, and project controls
• Identify ways to improve project performance and reduce costs
• Manage schedules, risks, and resources on medium to large projects

• Permanent full-time role with a salary of $110k–$130k, depending on experience
• Work on major projects across New Zealand

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or planning
• Experience with CANDY CCS software (highly desirable)
• Technical knowledge of bridges, concrete works, piling, or similar structures.
• Good understanding of cost reporting, procurement, and contracts
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Experience in top civil engineering companies or large industrial projects
