To design high-quality digital, social, and paid media creative that supports marketing campaigns, strengthens brand consistency, and drives engagement and performance across ISG and its subsidiaries.
- Design paid media creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create social media posters, adverts, banners, and digital assets.
- Design and edit short-form video content and motion graphics.
- Adapt designs across platforms, formats, and subsidiaries.
- Ensure all designs align with brand CI and campaign briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, performance, and campaign teams.
- Manage design revisions and final artwork delivery.
- Support campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- 2–4 years experience as a graphic designer in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and paid media design.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Design. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, paid media, and video design is essential.
