To design high-quality digital, social, and paid media creative that supports marketing campaigns, strengthens brand consistency, and drives engagement and performance across ISG and its subsidiaries.

  • Design paid media creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create social media posters, adverts, banners, and digital assets.
  • Design and edit short-form video content and motion graphics.
  • Adapt designs across platforms, formats, and subsidiaries.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand CI and campaign briefs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, performance, and campaign teams.
  • Manage design revisions and final artwork delivery.
  • Support campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • 2–4 years experience as a graphic designer in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and paid media design.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Design. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, paid media, and video design is essential.
