About The Client

Our client is a specialist civil and infrastructure contractor delivering a broad range of services across roadworks, earthworks, utilities and subdivision projects. Supporting both public and private sector developments, they are known for their hands-on approach, modern equipment fleet and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

They are currently seeking a customer service officer with administration experience to join their team in Petrie! This is a long-term position, working Monday Friday 9am to 5am. Your main responsibilities on site will be:

• Taking control of incoming calls and enquiries
• Booking inspections for the team to attend
• Processing and invoicing payments
• Liasing with various clients
• Dealing with phones, email and in person enquiries
• Scheduling and managing workflow management
• Working closely with project coordinators.
• Administration duties as required

What You Will Need

• Drivers licence and reliable transport
• Strong customer service or administrative experience
• Strong attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience with scheduling and the above duties.
