Employee Relations Officer

We're seeking a talented Employee Relations Officer to join our client's team in Gauteng!

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.
• Driver's license (Code 8).
• A minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in an industrial relations role in a mining environment
• An understanding of and insight into the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, SDL and POPI acts.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it relates to Human resources and South African law
