Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily field sales activity to maximise territory coverage

  • Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling

  • Present technical product solutions that deliver customer value

  • Submit accurate quotes, orders, and forecasts within required timeframes

  • Communicate pricing structures and increases with confidence and authority

  • Maintain disciplined CRM, reporting, and pipeline management

  • Participate in sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training

Desired Experience & Qualification

Industry Knowledge & Sales Focus

Minimum 3+ years proven external sales experience in one of the following sectors:

Construction

  • Strong commercial understanding of the construction market

  • Proven experience selling sealants, adhesives, bonding and plastering agents

  • Property Development

  • Guttering

  • Glass & Glazing

  • Waterproofing

  • Cold Room & Refrigeration

  • Paint Contractors

  • Woodworking & Carpentry

DIY / Hardware Retail

  • Solid track record selling into the DIY and hardware retail sector

  • Experience driving volume sales of sealants, adhesives, bonding and plastering agents

  • Ability to secure listings, grow shelf space, and increase turnover

Chemical

  • Strong knowledge of the chemical industry

  • Anti-foams

  • Emulsions

  • Foam Control Agents

  • Silicone Fluids (application knowledge advantageous)

  • Industrial

  • Hygiene & Cleaning

  • Food & Beverage chemical environments

  • Market-related basic salary (aligned to experience and performance)
