INTERNAL TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST

Diesel Injection & Turbocharger Division

Location: Meadowdale, Edenvale

Turbo Diesel Components is seeking a highly driven and technically experienced Internal Technical Sales Specialist to join our growing Diesel Injection & Turbocharger division.

This position is specifically focused on the commercial truck and off-highway market sectors and requires a strong technical understanding of diesel combustion engine systems, diesel fuel injection components, turbochargers, and related aftermarket parts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing current key accounts while actively developing new business opportunities within the commercial, fleet, transport, mining, construction, and off-highway sectors.

Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in:

Commercial truck parts sales

Truck engine parts

Diesel injection systems

Turbocharger sales/support

Cummins

Caterpillar

Bell

Detroit Diesel

Mercedes-Benz

DAF

Hino

MAN

Volvo

Scania

Deutz

Perkins

Previous experience within the commercial vehicle, heavy-duty, earthmoving, or off-highway aftermarket industry is essential.

Strong understanding of part identification, application matching, and technical customer support.

Ability to communicate confidently with workshops, fleet operators, rebuilders, mechanics, and technical buyers.

Computer literate and comfortable working with digital sales systems and CRM platforms.

Manage and grow existing key accounts.

Develop and grow new business ventures within targeted market segments.

Internal sales and technical support for diesel injection and turbocharger products.

Assist customers with technical product identification and application support.

Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently.

Support commercial truck, fleet, mining, construction, and off-highway customer segments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Assist with market feedback, product movement trends, and customer requirements.

Work closely with external sales representatives and procurement teams.

Candidates without the required commercial truck parts and technical diesel aftermarket experience will not be considered.

Salary: Market Related (dependent on experience and technical capability).
