Inventory & Operations Manager

Our client is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Inventory & Operations Manager to join our growing business and work closely alongside the COO.

This is not just a stock control role.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Analyse inventory, sales trends & stock movement

Improve operational processes & efficiencies

Coordinate across warehousing, retail, procurement & finance

Support day-to-day operational execution across the business

Act as a trusted operational right hand to leadership

4–6+ years in inventory, retail operations or supply chain

Strong Excel / ERP systems and Qlikview capability

A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

A proactive, commercially aware and execution-focused approach

Exposure to retail, FMCG, distribution or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous.

Fluency in Afrikaans and English.

R400K – R600K C.T.C. per annum
