A well-established agricultural organisation based in the East of Pretoria is looking for a polished, organised, and tech-savvy Front Office & Research Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a dual-function role suited to someone who can hold the front office with professionalism while providing meaningful administrative and research support to internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing front office operations — welcoming visitors, handling calls, and ensuring a professional first impression at all times
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, boardroom bookings, and office logistics
  • Providing research and administrative support to internal teams — this includes data capturing, compiling presentations, formatting reports, and conducting information searches
  • Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing documentation
  • Supporting day-to-day office administration as required

What You Need to Qualify

  • Matric plus an additional qualification (administration, office management, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional environment
  • Exceptionally well-presented with a professional and confident manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift between front office and research support seamlessly

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
