CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER (CRO) | JOHANNESBURG

Our client is looking for an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the evolution of our revenue and commercial engine.

This is not a traditional corporate CRO role.

We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially astute, performance-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to use data to drive real commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will take ownership of:

• Revenue growth strategy- Customer acquisition & retention- Partnerships & distribution- Performance marketing- Commercial analytics & channel optimisation- Building and leading high-performing commercial teams

You may come from fintech, lending, payments, SaaS, digital commerce, or another high-growth, data-led business environment.
