Financial Manager | International Portfolio

We're looking for a confident

CA(SA) with approximately 2 years post-articles experience

to join a high-performance, fast-growing business in the tech and services environment.

This role focuses on an international portfolio, working closely with offshore operations to improve reporting integrity, resolve discrepancies, drive accountability, and bring greater structure and control into group finance processes.

Ideal candidates will combine strong technical ability with initiative, maturity, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across multiple regions. This is not a processing or reconciliations-focused role. The environment suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture alongside a dynamic, driven team.

Key Requirements

• CA(SA) | ±2 years post-articles experience
• Strong academics and a consistent track record of achievement
• Solid experience with financial statements, audits, reporting packs and monthly results
• Able to identify issues, investigate variances and drive resolution independently
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Exposure to international or multi-entity environments advantageous
• Project management experience advantageous
