  • Matric
  • National Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Ideally, a valid passport.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • English - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (preferably first language) with the ability to engage professionally with high-end American and international clients.
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationally and internationally (including America, Brazil, and Australia).
  • Min 5 years proven external sales track record with a stable background.
  • Proactive mindset with strong business development ability.
  • Commercially strong, energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Mining, industrial, engineering, technical sales, or related industry exposure is advantageous.
  • Experience in supplying to the mining and industrial sector is advantageous.
  • Self-managed and highly performance/target driven.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Technical Leadership

  • Customer liaison across commercial and technical functions.
  • Preparation of costings, quotations, and technical data sheets.
  • Technical and commercial customer support.
  • Product promotion and strategic business development.

Strategic Growth & Sales Management

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Manage and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Expand customer base within assigned territories.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and partnerships.

Project & Operational Coordination

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor projects/orders.
  • Ensure quality control of budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
  • Report regularly on project and order status.
  • Deliver tailored technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Create exceptional customer engagement experiences.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct customer meetings to support smooth implementation and delivery.
  • Understand and manage customer and employee impact effectively.
