Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic team based in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for costing, budgeting, reporting, and driving financial performance within a manufacturing environment. Strong SAP experience, commercial acumen, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

• Management Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cost Control
• Capex Management
• Stock Control
• Governance & Data Integrity
• Leadership & Team Management

• BCom / CIMA / CA(SA)
• 4-5 years' management accounting experience
• Commercial costing / product costing
• Manufacturing or processing environments (advantageous)
• SAP system (variance reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
• Some team or people management experience preferred
