Project Controls & Commercial Systems Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Project Controls & Commercial Systems for our client to lead our project controls and commercial technology function. This pivotal role will oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of systems that drive efficiency, accuracy, and profitability across our construction and civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Controls Leadership: Establish and manage robust project controls frameworks across all projects.
• Candy Software Expertise: Lead the deployment, training, and optimization of Candy software for estimating, planning, and cost control.
• Commercial Systems Oversight: Drive continuous improvement in commercial systems to support accurate forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of systems with business objectives.
• Data & Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate project performance reports to senior leadership.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of project controls professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

BSC degree : QS, Construction management, or Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience in construction and civil engineering project controls

• Advanced proficiency in Candy software (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of commercial systems, project planning, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation and system optimization initiatives
