Food & Housekeeping Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage food services, housekeeping, and coffee shop operations.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, stock control, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, infection control, and safety standards.
- Plan and manage menus and therapeutic diets.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff across departments.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or Food Science).
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment with exposure to food and housekeeping services.
- Strong experience in budgeting, procurement, stock control, and multi-department management.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, infection control, and OHS regulations.
- Understanding of special diets and clinical menu planning.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
