Financial Controller / Financial Accountant – Manufacturing / FMCG | Woodmead

A well-established manufacturing / FMCG company based in Woodmead is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Financial Controller / Financial Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment where accuracy, efficiency, and commercial insight are key.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Accounting or relevant finance degree
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 1 year post-articles experience.
• If CA(SA): must have experience outside of audit
• Professional designation advantageous (e.g. CA(SA), AGA(SA), Professional Accountant (SA))

Key Attributes:

• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment advantageous
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach
• Strong analytical and systems capability
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
