The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented and aligned with a premium aesthetic environment. She should have strong communication skills, be emotionally intelligent and able to handle sensitive skin concerns with confidence and empathy. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with a results-driven mindset and the ability to take initiative as the skin division grows. The right person should be self-motivated, comfortable recommending retail products, and able to work collaboratively within a structured, doctor-led practice

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver advanced skin treatments to a premium standard.
• Conduct consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Drive patient retention and retail sales.
• Maintain clinical documentation and hygiene standards
• Medical-grade skincare retail and homecare guidance

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma in Somatology (3-year qualification) #cidesco #saahsp #itec
• Registration with SAAHSP (South African Association of Health & Skincare Professionals)
• Treatment Skills: Microneedling; Chemical peels; Laser and light-based treatments; Skin consultations and treatment planning

REMUNERATION

• Daily Rate: R550
• Commission: 25% on treatments & 15% on retail
