We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Skin Therapist to join our established aesthetic skincare clinic. This role is suited to a therapist who is passionate about advanced skin treatments, long-term client relationships, and delivering real results.
The successful candidate will step into a clinic with an existing and loyal client database. However, this role requires someone who is prepared to work hard, take responsibility for building strong client relationships, and strategically grow and maintain their client base over time.
Our approach is results-driven and highly personalised. Every treatment plan is tailored to the client, and our therapists play an active role in guiding, educating, and supporting clients throughout their skin journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Care & Treatments
- Perform professional skin consultations and develop customised treatment plans
- Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with confidence and precision
- Guide clients through long-term treatment programmes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care
- Ensure every client experience reflects the quality and reputation of the clinic
Client Relationship Management
- Take ownership of an existing client database
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Encourage treatment consistency and long-term skincare results
- Provide ongoing education and support to help clients achieve their skin goals
Clinic Contribution
- Work closely with the clinic team to maintain a professional and supportive environment
- Contribute to maintaining high standards throughout the clinic
- Assist with treatment planning and clinic efficiency
- Support retail recommendations that complement client treatment plans
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an aesthetic skincare clinic
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions and treatment protocols
- Confidence performing advanced skincare treatments
- Excellent client communication and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
HOURS
- Monday – Saturday: 7h45 – 17h15
- 3 Saturdays per month
- Work 5 days a week
