Our Property Management Client is looking for a driven and organised Junior Operations Manager to join their growing Gauteng team.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the day-to-day operations of commercial and retail properties

Coordinating maintenance and contractor activities

Conducting property inspections and ensuring high operational standards

Managing tenant queries and stakeholder relationships

Assisting with budgets, cost control, and invoice verification

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational requirements

Supporting property handovers, move-ins, and move-outs

Maintaining accurate operational records and reports

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience

• 2–5 years' experience in property operations, facilities management, or a similar role
• Commercial and retail property experience will be advantageous

Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good financial and budgeting understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
