Junior Accountant

Our client, a well-established accounting and advisory firm based in Pretoria, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional who has completed their SAIPA articles and is looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and client-focused environment. The successful candidate will be exposed to a diverse portfolio of clients and will play an integral role in delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services.

• Manage the full accounting function for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Draft annual financial statements.
• Handle SARS submissions, including VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax returns.
• Liaise with clients and resolve accounting and tax-related queries.
• Ensure all client deadlines are met accurately and timeously.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service.

• Completed relevant accounting degree (BCom or equivalent).
• Completed SAIPA articles.
• Eligibility for registration as a Professional Accountant (SA) will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Based in Pretoria East or willing to work in the area.
