ESG Manager (Mining

We're seeking a talented ESG Manager (Mining) to join our client's team in Limpopo!

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree or higher in Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Sustainability, Finance (Climate Finance), Engineering, Mathematics, MBA, or related fields linked to sustainability, climate change, and nature.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental/social management within the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of ESG and regulatory frameworks, including GRI, TNFD, TCFD, CDP, and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS S1 and IFRS S2).
• Good understanding of South African mining regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating ESG risks within mining operations.
