Sales Representative

Are you passionate about agriculture and the dairy farming industry? Lionel's Veterinary Supplies is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Tsitsikamma Region, Eastern Cape.

If you have a strong understanding of dairy farming, enjoy building relationships with customers, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment, we'd love to hear from you. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Tsitsikamma area or surrounding regions

• Promote and sell Lionel's Veterinary Supplies' range of animal health products and dairy farm solutions within the Tsitsikamma region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Provide customers with product recommendations and technical support tailored to their farming operations.
• Conduct regular farm visits and customer consultations to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business in the region.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Lionel's Veterinary Supplies professionally and uphold the company's values and reputation at all times.

• Background in Agriculture, Animal Health, Dairy Farming, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agricultural, veterinary, dairy, or related product sales will be advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of dairy farming practices and the challenges faced by dairy producers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, and reporting systems.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Candidates residing in or near the Tsitsikamma region will be given preference.
