Finance Officer (Full-Time | Hybrid – Cape Town)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Officer to take ownership of core financial operations within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who is confident managing end-to-end accounting processes, improving financial systems, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in a similar finance role

Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, PAYE, and compliance requirements

High proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)

Experience with reconciliations, including investigation of discrepancies

Exposure to multi-currency transactions advantageous

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

Excellent communication and follow-up skills
