The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Site management, project planning, and programme coordination
Management of subcontractors, labour, plant, and resources
Budget control, cost reporting, and reconciliation
Quality assurance and compliance management
Enforcement of health, safety, environmental, and site security standards
Client liaison, stakeholder communication, and reporting
Team leadership, mentoring, conflict resolution, and discipline management
Procurement and material coordination
Chairing site and subcontractor meetings and maintaining records
Ensuring project delivery in accordance with programme, budget, and specifications
BSc Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management
Minimum 10 years' experience within the construction industry
At least 3 years' experience in a Senior Foreman role
Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Sound knowledge of quality systems, testing procedures, and construction compliance
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project financial management
Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and environmental legislation
Strong planning, scheduling, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing subcontractors, labour teams, and site administration
Candidates with experience gained from reputable construction and development companies will be highly regarded.
