Technical New Business Sales Executive / Export Sales Manager

Pinetown, Durban

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced sales professional with strong technical knowledge of the baking, milling, and food ingredients industry.

This is a specialised role requiring a combination of new business development, key account management, and technical consulting within bakery and food manufacturing environments.

Minimum 5 years' sales experience

Proven experience within the baking, milling, flour improvers, premixes, or food ingredients industry

Strong technical understanding of ingredient functionality, formulations, and production processes

Experience engaging with bakers, millers, production managers, and food manufacturers

Ability to identify customer challenges and provide solution-based recommendations

Willingness to travel throughout South Africa and neighbouring African countries

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Food Science, Bakery, or related industry experience highly advantageous

Formulation or recipe development experience beneficial

R40,000 – R45,000 CTC plus commission, plus other benefits
