Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Printing & Packaging (Label Sector)

Location: Durban (Westville) / JHB (Milnerton)

Package: R30,000 – R35,000 CTC + commission + other benefits

This is a consultative technical sales role working with advanced industrial printing technologies including narrow web label equipment, flexographic and digital printing systems, finishing machinery, inspection systems, and automation solutions. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across South Africa.

Develop and manage strong customer relationships within the label and packaging sector

Identify opportunities for equipment sales, upgrades, consumables, and service solutions

Represent the company at customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events

Travel locally, with occasional international travel where required

Strong communication and client relationship-building skills

Technical aptitude with willingness to learn industrial printing and converting equipment

Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

Valid driver’s licence

Confident, professional customer-facing approach

Technical sales experience advantageous

Exposure to printing, packaging, labelling, manufacturing, or automation industries beneficial

Understanding of production environments and machinery a strong advantage
