An exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated

Property Accountant to handle the full financial function for this property developer based in Sandton.

Remuneration:

R480K C.T.C. per annum plus bonus

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree/ND.
Min 4-5yrs in a similar role from the property industry where you worked on a sizable portfolio of companies across SA.
Experience dealing with municipalities beneficial, as well as having done billings.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MDA and an accounting package.
