  • 1–3 years experience in a coordination, inside sales, admin, or customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets / Excel — not beginner level
  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly (Cin7, Monday.com, Shopify — training provided)
  • High attention to detail — data accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
  • Based in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs — this is a fully on-site role

R20 000 / month CTC
