Accountant

We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (Post-Articles status)
• Public sector auditing or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Draftworx financial software
• Ability to manage, lead, and develop a team
• Strong accounting, analytical, and financial reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Experience with:

• Financial statements preparation and review using Draftworx
• Public sector frameworks, municipal regulations, and compliance standards
• Team supervision, workflow planning, and staff management
• Filing systems and data management (physical and digital)
• Office productivity so\uDBC0\uDD4Cware (e.g. Microsoft Office)
