Qualified Property Practitioner with a valid FFC

Strong knowledge of residential rentals and property management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Professional and client-focused approach

Existing rental portfolio and/or established client base

Experience in tenant sourcing, lease administration, and property inspections

Knowledge of rental legislation and compliance requirements
