Minimum Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ Insurance industry experience (short-term | Commercial | Assets All Risks | Personal lines | Travel)
  • Proven experience managing and growing a Client Portfolio
  • Strong new Business development and Client retention track record
  • RE5 qualification
  • FAIS compliant
  • NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance or recognized Industry qualification
  • Strong sales | Negotiation | Relationship management skills
  • Sound knowledge of Insurance products | Underwriting principles | Policy structures
  • Experience conducting Client reviews | Risk assessments | and preparing Quotations | Proposals
  • Strong compliance | Documentation | Administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office | Excel | Outlook | Word
  • Position is in Office | Own vehicle and valid Driver's license required for Client Visits
  • Excellent English communication skills | written | verbal

Salary Structure

  • Salary negotiable based on experience
