Qualified Electrical Facilitator / Assessor

For Training Center in Kempton Park

Responsible for Induction , training , Trade Test Preperation , Trade Testing and undertaking various competency assessments for Electricians. Other responsibilities include preparation of progress reports , client Feedback , visits to Host Companies , adhering and enforcing Health and Safety and assuming leadership role in their departments.

Training : Upon Commencement of Training, undertake Induction program for new intake

Assessments and Moderation : Administer varius Assessments such as Trainability ,RPL , work readiness assessments . Undertake Trade Tests in compliance with the NAMB / QCTO / SETA or any other standards set by other control bodies .

Commercial :Assist with input for budgets , business plans , forecasts and strategy formulation .

Leadership : Protection Plan , Timekeeping , General Management , Health and Safety Act

Must be Qualified Artisan Electrician with Trade Test Papers

Must have a Minimum of Three years Experience as a Facilitator / Assessor for Artisan Training

Must have a Minimum of Three years Post Qualification work experience as an Electrician .

Must have Assessor / Moderator courses Qualification

Must have worked in Training Center Environment .
