CRM & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR/ SPECIALIST.

HEAD OFFICE-MARKETING

Position Summary

The CRM & Communications is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing customer communication strategies across email and other digital channels. This role oversees the CRM platform, audience segmentation, campaign communication, mailer content creation, and performance reporting to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

· Manage and maintain the company's CRM platform.

· Develop customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing lists.

· Ensure data quality, compliance, and customer database integrity.

· Manage communication customer journeys, automations, and workflows.

Email Marketing & Mailer Design

· Plan, design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

· Create visually appealing email templates aligned with brand guidelines.

· Manage email content calendars and campaign schedules.

· Optimize email layouts for desktop and mobile devices.

· Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and creative elements.

Communications Management

· Develop and execute customer and internal staff communication strategies.

· Coordinate internal and external communications campaigns.

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

· Develop campaign content and promotional messaging.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting

· Monitor email marketing performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.

· Produce regular reports and actionable insights.

· Recommend improvements based on data analysis and customer behavior.

Creative & Content Development

· Create and edit marketing copy for email campaigns.

· Design or coordinate the development of creative assets, banners, and graphics.

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business objectives.

Required Skills

· Experience with CRM platforms such as namely Mailchimp and/or Everlytic

· Strong email marketing and campaign management experience.

· Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

· Proficiency in email template design and HTML email editing.

· Strong copywriting and communication skills.

· Analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting.

· Understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.

Experience: Minimum 3 years with the above requirements.
