Sales Executive New Vehicles

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in new vehicles, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. This role primarily focuses on identifying prospective clients, understanding their automotive needs, and delivering exceptional service to assist them in selecting the right vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively sourcing new customers and following up on leads.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and a deep understanding of their automotive needs.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Keep up-to-date with current product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective promotional campaigns to increase visibility and reach.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data to track performance metrics.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or a related field, demonstrating strong sales performance and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Relevant sales certifications or training programs.
  • Bilingual abilities will be considered an advantage for engaging a wider customer base.
