Only those candidates who meet with all the below minimum requirements will be considered for pre-interviews. Minimum Requirements: Matric or equivalent Qualification Relevant completed Tertiary Qualification Previous work experience within a Call Centre/Moderating/Customer Services environment would be advantageous Preferably have previous Live Web Chat Experience Computer literate and able to navigate the online world with great ease and comfort Able to liaise and build strong relationships with clients via online correspondence Communicate in English (read, write, speak) Multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously Pro-active and driven to achieve great results within the workplace Reliable, punctual, and well organised Hybrid: Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is an absolute pre-requisite (Shift 1 07h00 - 19h00 , Shift 2 19h00 - 07h00 ) 4 days working consecutively - allocated 2 morning shifts & 2 evening shifts 4 days off Work within a team environment and operate independently by remaining focussed Own transport or reliable transport arrangements essential Key Performance Areas: Assist clients online with any queries or concerns and escalate to relevant persons if and when required Assist clients with regards to functionality of products/services Address all complaints from clients and keep detailed records of each complaint Maintain a professional and discreet approach when dealing with clients online Manage all administration processes and procedures Monitor online activity and always follow company procedures and policies Contribute to the overall success of the team by assisting fellow team members In Return Our Client Offers: Guaranteed Basic salary Over & Above Company Provident Fund Contribution (effective on successful completion of 3-month probation period) Over & Above Medical insurance that can be used in line with own paid Medical Aid Scheme (effective on successful completion of 3-month probation period) Permanent employment opportunity Full training provided as well as ongoing training and support as per need Supportive management and staff
