SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues. Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment. Monitor network performance and security. Install and support routers, switches, wireless networks, and related hardware. Assist with CCTV, ANPR, and surveillance network infrastructure where required. Document network configurations and maintenance activities. Provide technical support to internal users and clients. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or Telecommunications. 3+ years' experience in network support or network administration. Experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies. Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, or similar technologies advantageous. Valid driver's licence and own transport. Skills & Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent technical knowledge of networking principles. Ability to work independently and in the field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
