POSITION INFO

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance. Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Oversee stock control, inventory management, and replenishment processes. Conduct regular stock counts and minimise stock losses and shrinkage. Manage cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliations. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity. Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Analyse store reports and prepare performance feedback for management. Coordinate promotions and marketing activities to maximise store performance. Maintain security procedures and safeguard company assets. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage customer retention.
