ð° R25,000 – R35,000 pm
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with a passion for quality, craftsmanship, and driving operational excellence?
ð
- What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end production (cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging)
- Managing in-house teams + external CMT partners
- Driving on-time delivery and world-class quality standards
- Overseeing production planning, stock control, and ERP (Sage) accuracy
- Developing and mentoring production teams
â What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years’ experience in textile / soft furnishings manufacturing
- Strong leadership experience managing machinists, cutters & suppliers
- Solid understanding of quality control in a premium environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
