HR Manager - Mining Industry Mpumalanga Job Description A well-established contract mining and mining services organisation operating across multiple sites in South Africa is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to support its operations. This is a senior operational HR role requiring a highly hands-on individual with extensive experience in labour relations, employee relations, union engagement, and HR management within the mining or heavy industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to Site Managers and operational leadership teams. Providing professional HR and labour relations support across multiple mining operations. Managing employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, incapacity processes, and dispute resolution. Representing the organisation in CCMA and Bargaining Council matters. Building and maintaining effective relationships with recognised trade unions and employee representatives. Participating in collective bargaining and wage negotiation processes. Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years' experience in Human Resources or Labour Relations. Minimum 5 years' experience within the mining, contract mining, construction, or heavy industrial sector. Proven experience working within highly unionised environments. Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation and employment practices.
